Publications

To disseminate the conclusions of the project, we will produce a number of different publications: a research volume, a set of Policy Papers focusing on major public policy issues of concern to the transatlantic alliance as well as newspaper op-eds to ensure that key project findings are communicated to relevant experts and decision-makers.

Research Volume

The key product of the research program will be a book-length research volume on global energy governance entitled "Changing Rules of the Game: Global Energy Governance in the 21st Century". Authors will include some of the top experts each addressing one particular aspect of the global energy governance environment.

Policy Papers

Over the course of the research project, four Policy Papers will be published (2 in 2008, 2 in 2009). The policy briefs are targeted at decision-makers, public policy experts, government officials, members of parliament and staff members on both sides of the Atlantic in order to provide both an impetus and potential guidance towards global energy governance policy reform. The papers will be published as either GPPi or New America Foundation Policy Papers.

Articles and Op-eds

In order to provide visibility to the project and generate publicity for the dissemination of the final edited volume, research staff will produce articles and op-eds to be published in major international newspapers and journals. To view published articles, please click here.
